By now, quite a few of you who keep up with me here know that in January, Mark Barnes named me Senior Writer at his popular education site, Brilliant or Insane. I’ve enjoyed writing there several times each week, and I’ve been learning a ton about the technical and business side of blogging. Very grateful to Mark for that opportunity.
If you enjoy the topics I write about in this space and have an interest in hearing from some different voices and gaining diverse perspectives, wander over there and poke around a bit. Quite a few passionate educators share content there, and if some of my more progressive ideas push your thinking, you’ll appreciate Mark’s thinking even more.
Be sure to drop by my archives, too. These are some of my more popular posts:

- Twenty Creative Ways to Check for Understanding
- Shoot Your Data: 5 Kinds of Photos that Reveal More than Numbers
- Make a Fellow Teacher’s Day with These 20 Acts of Kindness
